1) Insulation Industry (cellulose Insulation): Boric acid is a wonderful flame
retardant that can be used for cotton, cellulose, wood, textile products and

2)Corrosion inhibitor: Mixed with ethylene glycol in automobile motor cooling
systems. Boric acid can be applied as corrosion and anti-freeze. Besides, it can
be used in heat treatening, metallic products, hydraulic fluids and brewing.
3) Pesticides: It is a very useful tool in both controlling and eliminating insects
and fungi. Furthermore, results are good independient of location and
environment. It is a toxic element to ants, scarabs, larvages and other insects.

4) Pharmaceutical application: It is applied as a PH buffer and as a moderate
