Our company produces bonnell innerspring units for use in mattress manufacturing. Below are the specifications that we currently work with.

Input Materials-
Spring wire (mm): 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4
Helical wire (mm): 1.4

Spring Coil Configuration-
Number of Turns: 4, 5 and 6
Height of Springs (mm): 100-160
Diameter of Spring (mm): 80-93

Spring Unit Configuration-
Standard single (90cm) coil count: 7,8 or 9 springs
Range of sizes along the width(cm): 76-205

The Bonnell Spring units are offered with multiple coil counts for a given length. For example, a 190cm unit can be configured to include 22, 23, 24 or 26 coils along the length.

Options-
Border wire frames (mm): 3.6, 3.8, 4, 4.8
Reenforcement springs, including corner springs (mm): 3, 3.6, 3.8
Roll Packing
Flat Packing
