Boiler Dusting Line
Position:
Dost collector is placed between the boiler and Induced draft fan.
Structure:
- The main structure due to which the separation takes place is a pipe in pipe construction.
- The inner pipe is supported by means of guide vanes ( crates ) on the outer pipes.
- The lower side of the outer pipe is tapered downwards.
- The entire assembly is covered by the outer casing which is 4 to 5 mm thick.
- This assembly is then supported on the support angles.
- Two duct openings are placed on the flue gas inlet and outlet sides with flanges.
