Rotary Valves / Air-Lock Systems
G.D.Machines manufactures Rotary Air Locks used for
feeding materials under vacuum or pressure while sealing in air and gas. The
principle of gravity is used for dropping the material in the container.
This is done with the help of a vaned rotor. The rotor consists of 5 vanes
and is available in different diameters as per the requirement of the
process. The rotary air lock consists of rotor with minimum clearance of 0.5
mm between vane tip and interior of body. This is done to ensure perfect air
locking considering the wear and tear of the rotor after use. The rotors are
driven with the help of standard motor and gearboxes.

G.D. Rotary Valves are very reliable controlled feeding from or into silos
and hoppers in a very confined space. They are also perfectly tuned to the
production process in which they will be used. They have highly filling
efficiency due to effective inlet shape and close running clearances with
low air leakage. Due to Heavy Duty Ball Bearing provided on both sides of
the Rotor Rotary Valves are able to handle powders. Each and every part
coming in direct contact with the product is made of AISI 304/316/MS as
desired by party.

Silent Features





High filling efficiency due to effective inlet shape. Close running clearances. Due to more number of rotor blades air leakage is very low.
Heavy duty ball bearings are provided on both sides of the
rotor. Each and every part coming in contact with the product is made
of SS-316 SS-304 & MS as desired by the client. A special Air Line is provided to reduce sideways deposition of
material. A wide variety of other standard options are available to suit
even the most difficult applications.
