Further Details:
BINDER 4000 is a self cross-linking acrylic co-polymer emulsion.
- Composition: acrylic copolymer emulsion
- Appearance: milky whiteliquid
- Inocity: non-ionic
- pH: 7.5 to 8
PREPARATION OF KEROSENE EMULSION:
- Water: 18%
- Emulcifier-HC 30 2%
- Kerosene80%
Add in above emulsion:
- Binder 4000 12%
- Fixer-spl 2 to 3%
- X pigment colours catalyst 1%
Above recepie is for export fabrics. For normal pigment printing use 8% to 10% of BINDER-4000.
Use 14% BINDER-4000 incase of 6% and above shade of black.
Special advantage over SLN type Binders:
- High dry-wet rubbing fastness
- Very soft feel
- Brillancy as reactive prints
Packing: 50 kgs carboya and 220 kgs drum
