Key Features
* Purpose of Bin Docking system is to transfer Powder/Granules from upstream equipment at to downstream equipment.
* SS 304, Lid which normally remains close and opens only on sensing the docked BIN, for material discharge.
* Guides provided on foundation plate to guide the bin in its accurate docking position. Proxy sensor is provided to signal the operator through visual light indicator on tower panel at downstream equipment that the bin is positioned and ready to discharge.
* Butterfly valve is mounted on BIN discharge. Spindle assembly on butterfly valve will be inserted in female part of Pneumatic actuator when bin will be lowered by pallet truck for opening the valve
