Bhut Jolokia Application: Interior

We are engaged in offering a wide collection of Bhut Jolokia which is the hottest chilli in the earth is originated in the North - Eastern region of India. The plant grows at the height of 120 cm bearing 150 fruits. The flowers are white, 2-3 at a node, and fruits are blood red in color, conical measures about 2.5 to 3.5 inches in length and a 1 inch width with pepper. The hot flavour of chillies is due to the presence of a group of seven closely related compounds called capsainoids, but capsaicin (8-methyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonenamide) and dihydrocapsaicin are responsible for approximately 90% of the pungency. Due to its extra-ordinary pungency level and irritating properties it has also been used as lachrymatory agent (a chemical compound that irritates the eyes to cause tears, pain, and even temporary blindness). Our product is Semidried whole pods, dried under controlled environment at 60 A C, stalked, contains about 6-8% moisture, processed from freshly picked pods from company farms cultivated in an almost chemical-free environment, no chemicals of any form added during processing.
