Working Principle
The filter drives the cleaning disc with a cylinder. When the cleaning program is started, the piston rod drives the cleaning disc to enter the inside of the filter element. The unfiltered liquid inside the filter element passes through the gap between the cleaning disc and the filter element to clean the liquid around the disc. The flow rate is increased. Due to the Bernoulli effect, the pressure around the cleaning disk is reduced. The suction caused by the low pressure causes the filtrate to backwash the inner surface of the filter element, so that the particulate impurities on the inner surface of the filter element fall off. And discharge the unfiltered liquid into the drain pipe. The schematic diagram of the complete working phase of the filter is shown on .
