BENSIZE E-850 is a co-polymer of Acrylate.
BENSIZE E-850 is an easy removable sizing agent for spun yarns.
Solution of BENSIZE E-850 is very homogeneous, stable and has a high adhesive strength.
Properties:
BENSIZE E-850 can be washed out of the cloth by a simple way of washing, consequently it is not necessary to desize the cloth with enzyme. If the first washing bath is set alkaline (2gNa c CO or NaOH per liter) this is an advantage for the speed of the washing-out.
Warps sized with BENSIZE E-850 have a high abrasion resistance. The flexible film of BENSIZE E-850 guarantees an optimal weaving efficiency.
Because BENSIZE E-850 is a co-polymer, therefore it has excellent adhesion and softness for spun yarns such as Cotton, T/C, CVC, T/R, Rayon, Polyester, etc.
BENSIZE E-850 has excellent antistatic property and elasticity of film.
Solution of BENSIZE E-850 is very stable and does not change in solid contents or viscosity even after standing for a long time.
