Being automatic it contains number of sensors for safety and efficient working of the machine. Automatic belt control for using plc as per optimum tension and guidance of the belts As the name suggest a BELT PRESSa juice is separated or rather extracted from crushed fruits with the help of number of rollers and belt. A layer of crushed fruit comes from the crusher to the inlet hopper of the machine. From the inlet hopper it is fed to number of rollers which placed at different locations and juice is secreted at 3 different stages. The crush is placed as a layer in between 2 belts and belt travels around different rollers to separate juice.
