Grinding Chamber: Fabricated of SS 304 grade stainless steel with 1.4 litres volume, The chamber is a double walled grinding chamber fabricated out of SS 304 with Double Zone spiral grooved cooling jacket made of SS 304 with inlet and outlet provisions. The chamber is provided with cooling jacket made of wear resistant steel.

Machine Base: Strong, compact welded structure designed to avoid vibration, standing on vibration damper pads to ensure smooth running.

Agitator discs: MIKRO - Rota discs made of stainless steel grade 304, duly machined and mounted on the horizontal shaft with spacers.

Agitator shaft: The shaft is fabricated out of hardened chrome steel, (SS 304). The shaft assembly shall be dynamically balanced and supported by life time lubricated bearings to ensure smooth and trouble-free operation.

Shaft Seal: Easily changeable double acting mechanical seal with sealing liquid and a thermosyphone system.





Dynamic Cartridge type separator provided to separate the grinding media from the material. Grinding media up to 0.6mm can be used without any problem in separation.

Drive: The mill is driven from 5 HP main motor, 1400 rpm, FLP motor with pulley belt drive to drive the main shaft.
