We are indulged in Trading, Exporting and Supplying of Banana Puree in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Banana Puree is obtained from select, Cavendish variety banana ripened under controlled conditions. The preparation process includes peeling, mashing the ripe fruit, deseeding, deaerating, concentrating under vacuum (for Concentrates) and homogenising. In case of aseptic packing the puree is sterilised and packed in presterilised bags. For freezing, the Puree is filled in trays and deep frozen in plate freezer at 40 degree Centigrade. The Puree is also canned in A 10 size cans, hermetically sealed and retorted.

No additives except Vitamin C is added, so the natural flavors are retained.
