Suggested Use: Adults take 1 teaspoon three times daily for one week then 1/2 teaspoon three times daily until desired results are attained. Between age group 12yrs to 17yrs 1 teaspoon twice daily for one week then 1/2 teaspoon twice daily until desired results are attained. Children under age 12 take 1/2 teaspoon three times daily for one week then 1/4 teaspoon three-time until desired results are attained. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving without consulting your health care professional. Use for 6-12 months for better results. Shake well before use.
