The up and down motions of the same is obtained by an electric gear motor, Gear motor output shaft is attached a drive shaft, on which 2 sets of sprockets with chain are fitted. One end of the chain is attached to the door and other end is to the counter weights, establishing a balanced up and down motions of door in a sequence. Seal is housed in the fixed flange of the vessel. Sealing is by self empowered by inside steam, once door is closed fully.
