Agro make 3 Roller Sugarcane Crusher is specifically designed for the juice making segment. As day by day the power cost is going up, we have designed a gear box which is hardened and ground geara s to reduce the friction losses, which in turn reduce the power consumption and saves on energy cost.

Features:

Rollers: Made of high grade Cast Iron or can also be provided with Stainless steel as per customer requirement. They are grooved to take hold of the sugarcane.

Axles: Made of high-grade carbon steel forced into the Roller under hydraulic pressure. They will not become loose even under most strenuous conditions.

Gear: All the gear in gearbox are hardened and the ground to reduce frictional losses and improve power efficiency. The gear of crusher is also high-grade carbon steel grade which are machined.

Bearings: Good brand Taper roller bearing and deep groove ball bearing are uses in gear box to reduce the friction. And in crusher journal bearing is used of high-grade gun metal. The bearing holders can be adjusted by tightening the bolt in order to make rollers or close to suit the size of the sugarcane crusher. Greasing is made easy and clean with a single grease gun.

Safety Covers: This are provided with powder coated cover and with also an option of complete stainless steel covers.
