Following are the Main Features of Automatic Starch Kitchen :-
1,Adhesive can works well in penetration and can be kept steady, not stratify.
High power and rotational speed make agitating fiercely, at the same time, sawing blade split the starch particles into pieces to improve binding strength.
Besides, Agitating System has traditional Propeller to help agitating. This can improve stability of adhesive.
2,All system is controlled by program, which is devised and developed according to actual needs by ourselves, steady and reliable.
(1)Feed and measurement of material.
All feedings are set through program, controlled by PLC and can be measured precisely. The quality of production is very good as well.
(2)Temperature control.
The temperature of adhesive can be controlled by Temperature Sensor and Temperature Display to keep starch stable and can be easy-melted in the water.
(3)This machine is programmed to clean the tank automatically after Adhesive has been delivered.
(4)Adhesive flow is supervised by Sensor. If the flow is decreased, PLC will select adhesive making method automatically according to actuality.
(5)Time of shearing and agitating will be controlled by PLC.
Production rate of this machine can be up to 3200-3800kg per hour, compared to the traditional one, it can finish work in shorter time to meet high speed production line.
Imported diaphragm Pump can work efficiently.
