The machine design combines mechanical and pneumatic transmission systems which are controlled by a powerful PLC that allows a maximum speed of 4200 cycles per hour on continuous production hours. Our UV curing system is designed with three UV power levels to optimize the various UV ink specifications curing requirement and container designs.
