Automatic radiative barbecue (without steam) is designed so that the direction of skewa s movement while entering to the machine is in contrast of movement of the heat. When the meat in environment temperature enters to the machine, because of high temperature at that point, a thin cooked protective layer will be made on the kebabs. This layer keeps the humidity, thiamin, nutrients and smell of kebab.After that, kebab enters the zone with lower temperature in order to be cooked well so that the steady heat influence to inner layers of kebab to cook it well
