We are offering a wide spectrum of Multi Column Distillation Plant. This plant is based on FINN AQUA design and it produces pyrogen free sterile water (W. F. I.) which meets the requirement of Indian, British & United States Pharmacopoeia. It is available from 80 ltrs/hr (Lab Model) to 3500 ltrs/hr. The WFI produced by these plants is quite economical due to low maintenance and low operational cost.

Heat exchanger in first column with Double Tube Sheet Design as per USP requirement. Common condenser at the end of distillation process to condense steam & separate gas from distillate
Vent on the condenser is with 0.2 micron bacteria retentive filter for safe shut down.
All seamless pipe with orbital welding inspected by boroscopic procedure.
Designing is as per ASME std. All surface finish better than 0.4 Ra.
