Automatic Inline Extruder - 5l Cylinder, 3l/min Flux Feed, 2-5mm Wire Diameter | Auto Operation, Hmi Control, 800 Bar Pressure, 280m/min Speed

We are producing and supplying of Automatic Inline Extruder to our patrons. Complete set of machines to produce Welding Electrodes - Special & difficult to extrude electrodes - using Inline Extruder.
The main machine - Extruder - has a fabricated body, with integrated Hydraulic Oil Tank with provision for mounting the Hydraulic & Flux cylinders on the top of the body. The front gate of the extruder is used for loading the flux.
In case of Auto Mode, the operator sets the selector switch accordingly.

From the HMI, he enters the following parameters.

a cDiameter of the Wire
a cCoating factor / Coating Die diameter
