The horizontal baler machines are able to process high volumes of recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard and plastics, ideal for companies with a large amount of daily waste to handle. Materials are pressed into stable, high-density bales by our horizontal balers, which are easy and safe to stack, requiring less storage space. The length and weight of bales is selectable, with bales being tied automatically when the selected length is reached.

Function of Industrial Excellent Hydraulic Waste Plastic Paper Tire Balling Press Baler Machine

The wireframe of the horizontal hydraulic baler is composed of 4 sets of wire devices installed on the frame, and the entire wireframe is suspended on the central axis of the compression frame.
The fasteners are welded parts with wheels at the bottom, which can be moved horizontally along the main slide rail under the push of a hydraulic cylinder. The lifting platform is mainly composed of the anchoring of two horizontal beams.
The lifting platform can move up and down in the vertical direction under the push of two hydraulic cylinders.

1. All models are hydraulically driven and can be controlled manually or automatically by PLC.
2. Foot screws are not required for installation. Where there is no power source, a diesel engine can be used as power.
3. The feeding port provides a dispersive shearing knife with high shearing efficiency.
4. Low noise hydraulic circuit design, high efficiency, and low failure.
5. Horizontal structure can be equipped with conveyor belt feeding or artificial feeding.
6. Button operation, PLC control, safe and reliable.
