Automatic High Pressure Steam Sterilizer

Features :
1. Control system: PLC control system provides strict control of sterilize temperature, time, pressure etc. to assure consistent, accurate performance.
2. LCD touch screen: the LCD touch screen operated system communicates instant, easy to read information, allowing the operator to setup, select and monitor the cycle.
3. Thermocouples: there are two thermocouples to control the process of sterilization and Cooling.
4. Temperature Recorder: there are six thermocouples to record the temperature status of chamber.
5. Sterilizer cycles: there are 5 pre-programmed cycle selections that can process various load types in this sterilizer.
6. Automatic operation: cycle progresses automatically through conditioning, sterilizing, cooling and exhaust phases.
7. Status display: LCD touch screen displays cycle status and a buzzer announces the completion. Any abnormal operating condition occurs in process. An audible alarm alerts the operator and the message is displayed on the touch screen.
8. Printer: provides an easy to read printed record of all pertinent cycle data.
9. Pressure gauge: the large diameter of chamber pressure gauge and jacket pressure gauge make ideal require reading and indicate high precision and consistent results.
10. Heating system: steam generator - equipped with a high efficient immersion heater and automatic feed water device to supply steam to sterilizer.
