Filter Press Horizontal plate closed pressure filter that meets all the demands for a filtration which would discharge solid free filtrate. In this type of filter press product to be filtered is fed in the shell with the help of suitable pump where in it flows into the filter plates placed inside. The Product enters plates from peripheral holes while the impurities are retained on filter media & clear filtrate comes out from bottom outlet. Design of Filter Press is according to cGMP & FDA approval. Back Wash Facility along with zero hold filter press which will be used for removing the infiltrate completely by just reversing the flow of water without removing the cartridge. Back Wash Facility is inline process and can be easily done with less manpower and in less time.
