Automatic Common Rail Injector-crs

The repair tester for common rail system crs 5001 simulates the outputs of an Engine Control Unit(ECU),by providing fuel injection control signal,of which the parameters may be set by a user, to drive a common rail high pressure pump and an injector with either solenoid and piezo technologies .A standard diesel high pressure injection pump test bench with a CR system tester will archive most tasks for repairing a Cr system and the components .The design features are as follows:

*Two solenoid drive outputs are capable to test Bosch CP1/CP2/CP3/, Denso, HP3/HP4, Delphi CRSP pumps with one solenoid control valve and also a siemens DCP Pump with two a control valves

*The second pump solenoid drive is capable to drive 3 DRV valves to test pump flow

*Two injector drive outputs to test a CR injector with either solenoid or piezo technologies

*Two kinds of drive mode for solenoid injectors, high voltage for Bosch, Denso injectors and low voltage for Delphi injectors.
