Our range of industrial Automatic Bag Openers are used for automatic operation of bag breaker/unloading of powder/particle bags. In the industries of petrochemical, fuels, metallurgical and waste water treatment, dry powder materials such as bag plastic additive, bag cement, waste water treatment clarifying agent and etc. automatic bag breaker/unloading operation is carried out. The bags automatically goes belt machine via bag loader, bags are automatically broken with cut knife device and automatically unloading via vibrating sieve to allow materials fall down by gravity downstream piping or equipment, the bag breaker/unloading work is completed. The empty bags can be recovered automatically. Powder produced in the operation shall be filtered by its dust collector system and discharged so that the operators can be long-term working in the clean environment.
