We are technically proficient in designing and developing high performing Autoclave Sterilizer. Based on advanced technology, Autoclave Sterilizer is widely used for sterilization procedure in laboratory and pharmaceutical industry. The principal of saturate steam sterilization with electricity heated. The better used in rubber, utensil, linen, plastic, dressing material, surgical item and glassware etc. The sturdy constructed double wall inner chamber boiler made out of SS 304 and outer is made of thick mild steel duly paint finishing. The boiler and outer shell is provided with air insulation. The lid is made out of thick mild steel duly collided with stainless steel. The lid is tightened by radial locking system with neoprene gasket to avoid risk or trouble free operation. The paddle lifting device provided for easily open / close the lid. The steam release safety valve and pressure gage fitted on the lid and drain valve in the below of autoclave. The pressure can be use of between 5 to 20 PSI. The ISI electrical heating element provided in inner chamber for water heat and controlled by thermostat or Digital PID Temperature controller. The pressure is indicated in pressure gage. The Autoclave Sterilizer is supplied with complete perforated basket, cord plug.
