These are bright annealed electrolytic copper conductors that have been insulated with PVC compound as per BS 6745 and IS 5831. These have the capacity to easily withstand high electrical and mechanical stress and are resistant to oil, fuel and ozone. These are manufactured in standard specifications of BS 6862, BS 1862, IS 2465 and are packed in 90 meters (100 yards) or 100 meters coils.

These are also braided and lacquered to enhance their fire-resistance properties. These find wide usage in all kinds of vehicles like cars, jeeps, trucks, tractors, buses, railway-locomotives, trams and caravans. Used for battery-ignition, starter, lighting, steering column, wind screen wipers, horn, signaling, high tension and heavy duty circuits, these can also be customized in desired insulation thickness as per clients specifications. Its current ratings are applicable for cables in enclosed areas and for an ambient temperature of 30 C. These cables for Panels wiring are subjected to the provisions of the Copper Control Order.
