Features of Auger Drilling Rig:
1. The hydraulic foot-step chassis of pile frame can walk by itself and turn 360A With high automation. There are four hydraulic legs(double front legs and rear legs)and one walking cylinder in order to assist walking and rotary turning which is more stable with the complete machine when working. The box-type leader is jointing flanged connections where it can fold back another section leader. The leader is made of manganese plates with two pieces and curving where it jointing two welding lines. Meanwhile, the inside leader jointing four reinforcing ribs per 600mm to enhance the structure. And the leader is controlled by two luffing cylinders to resist the curving greatly.
2. The piling adopts pore-foming long auger, to pump in mud from the hole bottom trough the central pipe of drilling bar. Not only finish hole-forming and pore-forming one time, but also use for dry boring by grouting replacement multiple method.
3. The rotary driver is the best ideal power unit for piling machine in domestic market at present due to the double drive, central-hole reducer with bearing and high overload capacity, compact structure, low noise and long life.
