Soluble Cutting oil

This is general purpose
emusifiable oil & it forms a milky emulsion. It is suitable for all metal
machining operation where this oil is normally used. The most common emulsion
strength used for machining ranges from 8 to 12% depending on machining
operations.

POWER AQUA COOL is specially designed to give exceptional
anti-corrosion and rust preventive characteristics and provide satisfactory
protection against microbial attack.

* For better performance take the following preventive
measures:

Better emulsification of soluble oils with hard water
is obtained by softening the water prior to its use.

Pretreatment of water used in preparing emulsion.

Avoid oil blanket on the surface of emulsion.

Frequent removal of chips and fines from the sump.

Periodic cleaning of reservoir and systems.

* Preparation of soluble oil emulsion:

In preparing the emulsion of soluble oils with water the product is always added to the water.
The requisite quantity of product is added to one or two parts of water to form
a concentrated emulsion which is diluted with the requisite quantity of water.
This will ensure satisfactory performance.
