Main manufacturing process:
1. First Step:Pathing testing
Pathing Testing to assure the casing pipe is available when oil tubing pipes are put through.
Others:Size and surface inspection

2. Second Step:Cut Thread
The thread is cut by the special-purpose numerical control machine which keeps the rod body still when cutting the threads.

Equipment: the thread numerical control machine.

3.Third Step:Check Thread
Include: Outer/Inner screw taper, screw pitch, and screw height.

4.Fourth Step:NDT and Hydraulic pressure testing
Water pressure is tested by other special-purpose numerical control machine in water trough.

5.Fifth Step: Physical and chemical analysis
We has established Quality Control Lab with advanced chemical and physical inspection equipments.

6. Sixth Step:Painting
To protect the pipes from atmospheric corrosion at the time of transportation & storage, we apply corrosion proofing water based paint on the outside pipe surface.

7.The Last:Marking and Packing
Marking include:Brand,API Certificate NO,API Logo, Date, OD, Weight, Grade, Type, Hydraulic pressure test value, Thread type, D, Length, Furnace number, Serial number.
