When wellhead pressure increases, can let kill manifold to pump drilling fluid into the well to balance well bottom hole pressure to prevent well kick and blow out. It is available inject water and extinguishing agents. Killfuild or other liquid can only inject into well and will not backflow to killwell and other place through kill manifold.
The kill choke manifold Mainly consist of by check valve, gate valve, pressure gauge, pipelines and other components. One end with the BOP cross, the other end is connected with the injection pump, the pressure manifold and the kill manifold are designed according to API 16C standard and support the mating use. According to the pressure the kill manifold of our company can divided into : 14MPA, 21MPA, 35MPA, 70MPA, 105MPA and etc.
(1) All Working pressure of pipelines, gate valves, check valve must be match with the BOP.
(2) Kill manifold is not for routine perfusion fluid pipeline.
