* System Analysis & Maintenance catered to every month.
* No service charge included for visiting clients.
* System setting is done only by our engineer; no unauthorized user shall alter or change the settings.
* The U.P.S. system and its batteries are required to be maintained once a month; ita s not included in the contract.
* Service charges levied on setting of any additional peripherals like modem, printer, scanners etc.
* Service provided within 10 hrs. of registered complaint, emergency cases given extra preferences.
* Service charge excluded from AMC, but replacement of defective parts remains chargeable.
* Equipments should be used under guidance of trained operators; ACS wona t be responsible for malfunctioning due to operator/operators.
* Ita s the customersa responsibility to take regular backup of hard disk. Disk failures due to customersa negligence would be considered as their fault.
* ACS will provide basic, preventive and corrective maintenance services for proper working of the concerned machinery.
* ACS is duty bound to respond to customersa computer problems within 2 hours of receiving complaint.
