Dosage :
O.D
Contraindications :
Aortic stenosis,unstable angina,metabolic acidosis.
Precautions :
Within 1 month of MI. hypertensive crisis. Major surgery, avoid abrupt cessation. Ischemic heart disease or failure.
Mechanism Of Action :
Amsten reduces peripheral vascular resistance (PVR), also decreases heart rate (HR).
