Properties
White or off-white crystal, easily soluble in water. Aqueous solution appears acid. Insoluble in acetone and ammonia, Easily deliquescent in the air.
White crystal, Slight odor of ammonia.

Uses
Used as materials for producing hydrogen peroxide, ammonia alum and ammonium chloride in chemical industry; flux in jointing industry; fireproof agent in textile industry; additive of plating bath in plating industry; nitrogenous in agricultural industry. Applicable to common soil and crops. Food-grade products are used as dough regulators and yeast nutrition.
