Platen sixe : 800X600mm Casting weight up to 25kg or 1000kg die can be operated. Arrangement of die cooling and hydraulic core pull available with the machine. We have Melting cum Holding Type Furnace with resistance heating types heaters to ensure quality and pollution free melting of the alloys. 300kg capacity Furnace and Melt both temperature control We have Mobile degassing unit to remove hydrogen from the melt to ensure hydrogen free melt before pouring. It also used for proper mixing of flux with the melt to ensure slag/dross free melt. Rotor speed is VFD control We have combinations of Vacuum sampling unit & Density Index Meter with auto printer machines to check the presence of hydrogen in melt before production start to ensure and produce hydrogen/pin holes free castings. Test report of each heat will be generated and stored.
