Mr. Gagan Arora planned to convert his love for tasty baked products into a business. He, in the year 1989 applied an impressive plan to start and grow a successful bakery. He named his bakery Mayur (Bake Home Food Specialities) and blended his baking talent with the right plan that involves, budget, goals, revenue generation ways, expenses, customer base identification and competitor studies. The next step he took is open the shop in BHS Nagar in Ludhiana, Punjab (India), where he set-up a big, equipped commercial kitchen, along with an office. He, along with a team of experts
