Air Headers - Stainless Steel 316/304, 1" Npt Flange Inlet, ½" Npt Outlet, Needle/ball Valve Options, Wall Mount Bracket Included

We offer range of Air Headers that are suitable for use with variety of outlet take-off. These headers replace many unit valve assemblies, which would normally be operating from one source. The inlet-connection of these air headers are of flange or screwable type. A drain-valve is possible at the manifold exit.

We also supply bracket / U clamp for wall mounting of the air headers. We provide A " Brass Needle valves For CS Air Headers distribution ports. The SS316 / 304 Air Headers distribution ports are provided with A " SS 316 / 304 Needle / Ball valves. We provide NPT Threads as per ANSI B 2.1 specifications & Socket Weld as per ANSI B 16.11 specifications.

* size: These are available in various sizes viz. 11/2" / 2" - SCH40 / SCH80
* Inlet: ANSI B 16.5, 150# RF 1" NB Flange /1" NPT (f) 3 PEICE UNION are the various inlet of our air headers.
* Outlet: A " NPT (F) , SS316 / SS304 BALL VALVE WITH A " NPT(M) PLUG are the different outlets of the air headers.
* Distribution ports: 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 16 are the types of various distribution ports available in sizes -A " / A ".
