Astra is a shell & shell/shell & type, three pass design hot air generator.

The Hot air generator can be supplied with rugged a study our own make of completely automatic pressure jet spill back burnel or any other imported burner.The design help in achieving efficiency & saves precious fuel.

The firing options include Light Oil, Heavy Oil, Gas or any combination of fuel. Capacities available are from 10,000 Kcals/hr to 20,00,000 Kcals/hr. The temp. range from 60 degree centigrade to 40 degree centigrade.
We also have imported Hot gas Generators from Thermo ISI,Turkey who have range of Hot gas generators ranging wiyh above fuel.They manufacture hot gas generators having temp. range.
a) upto 500 degree centigrade max.
b) From 600 degree centigrade to 1000 degree centigrade.

Each (HAG) undergoes a complete fire test, including a through check up of all electrical components & adjustment of burner for efficient combustion.
