Key Features
Atomizing is achieved by compressed air, which is supplied at right angle and discharged through a ring slot by side of the nozzle orifice.
The resulting air mist further gives fine atomization to the liquid already atomized in the swirl chamber of the nozzle. At liquid pressure of more than 1 Bar, the velocity of the drop is so high that the coarser drops pass through mist and disperses into fines. For this reason, the liquid pressure generally chosen ranges between 0.25 - 1.Kg / Sq. Cm. The atomization largely depends upon
the ratio between quantity of liquid to quantity of air, so that the atomization becomes finer at higher pressure and air consumption consequently.
