Filter Features :
* It consists of the vessel with Dish ends and a perforated plate in between. A filter cloth is kept over the perforated plate. The entire vessel can be kept at desired temperature by having a limpet coil or jacket through which the heat transfer medium can be passed. The vessel can be made leak proof for vacuum or pressure services.
A multipurpose Agitator is the unique feature of this system.

Vacuum and pressure filtration is possible.
The inert gas atmosphere can be maintained.
Very high solvent recovery is possible.
Solvents are in a closed system. No, let off of toxic solvent vapours in the atmosphere. Also, flammable solvents with or without inert gas ( nitrogen) can be handled safely.
Solids are handled in the closed system. No manual operation is involved. Thus, personnel safety is of the high standard.
