The main equipment in aging room is reversible distribution machine or a moving conveyor belt system and multi-bucket excavator.

Reversible moving distribution machine is one of the essential equipment in brick & tile production process. This equipment helps in distributing materials over the aging room in a sequence after mixing with water.

Multi-bucket excavator takes the materials which go through the aging room in succession by using the bucket. Through chain drive and the buckets the materials are extracted easily from the heap and sent to the next process. According to the different structure, the multi-bucket excavator is divided into hydraulic multi-bucket excavator and bridge type multi-bucket excavator.

The aging room is mainly used for aging materials and spreading the moisture of materials uniformly, the plasticity of materials can be improved after aging, meanwhile, it also can storage materials in short period.

Reversible distribution machine moves around at the upside of aging room and ensure that the material distribution of unit area is uniform.

Equipment advantage: use H type hanger frame plan, the H type hanger frame moves together when distributing the materials, meanwhile, two ends of H type hanger frame equip reversible belt conveyor to distribute the materials in the horizontal direction of aging room. The design has advantages of big storage capacity, more uniform aging and better effect; this is the most advanced aging method in the world at present.
