Apply adapalene exactly in are affected area with acne. It is best if you can wash and gently dry the affected areas of your skin before you apply adapalene gel or adapalene Clindamycin Gel or Cream. It is clear that we have to apply it to all of the area where spots occur and not just too each spot. It is usual to apply it once in a day in the evening or at time sleeping. We have to apply a thin layer of cream or gel of adapalene or adapalene with clindamycin gel or cream or adapalene & benzoyl peroxide gel. Always wash your hands after you have finished apply the cream/gel. Do not use the cream/gel on any areas of your skin which are sunburnt or sore. Also, try to avoid getting it on the sensitive areas of skin in or around nostrils, eyes and mouth. Try not to let it build up in the folds or creases of your skin.
