Aceclofenac 100mg Tablet

It directly blocks PGE 2 secretion at the site of inflammation by inhibiting IL-beta and TNF in the inflammatory cells. Aceclofenac has been demonstrated to inhibit cyclooxygenase (COX) activity and to suppress the PGE 2 production by inflammatory cells.

Dosage and administration: The maximum recommended dose is 200 mg daily, taken as two separate 100 mg doses.

Contraindications:
Aceclodeal is contraindicated in the following situations:
Patients previously hypersensitive to aceclofenac or to any of the excipients of the product. Patients in whom substance with a similar action (eg : or other NSAIDs) precipitate attacks of asthma, bronchospasm, acute rhinitis or urticarial. Patients with active or suspected peptic or duodenal ulcer or history of recurrent peptic or duodenal ulcer or who have gastrointestinal bleeding or bleeding disorder. Patients with severe heart failure or severely impaired hepatic or renal organ function. Last trimester of pregnancy.
Presentation: Blister of 10 Tablets.
