Aac Blocks Making Machine

2. Raw material: As the new Green Building Materials, the AAC is made from siliceous (fly ash, sand, slag) and calcareous (lime, cement) materials that are cast, expanded, cut and autoclaved.
3. Craft: According to the category of raw materials, craft characteristics of quality and equipment, AAC can be manufactured by different craft.
4. Process: Usually, we first grind the fly ash, silica sand and slag together with some water into slurry. Then, put powdery lime, cement, and gypsum with vesicant and foam stabilizer into the slurry, mix them and pour the mixture into the mould. After static foaming and hardening, cut the blanks into blocks with various sizes. The bodies of block are then sent into the autoclave by steam curing car. Wea ll get the porous lightweight AAC products after steam curing.
