Aac Blocks Making Machine

4. Process: Usually we first grind the fly ash silica sand and slag together with some water into slurry. Then put powdery lime cement and gypsum with vesicant and foam stabilizer into the slurry mix them and pour the mixture into the mould. After static foaming and hardening cut the blanks into blocks with various sizes. The bodies of block are then sent into the autoclave by steam curing car. Wea ll get the porous lightweight AAC products after steam curing.
