Float-cum-Boost Charger Designed to meet the speed and power requirements of the modern electrical sub-stations, EI-FCBC provides clean, reliable uninterrupted power. Exceptionally quiet, each model features an advanced design technology to respond quickly to line and environmental conditions. With a very low output ripple factor the system is designed to compliment the electrical requirements of modern telecom products. Our FCBC are basically SCR Controlled in which output voltage and current is maintained by the feedbacks systems. The system takes care of line variation of 370V to 460V AC, 50Hz, 3- phase and load variation from no Load to full Load. SPECIFICATIONS INPUT 415 VAC 10%, 50Hz 2Hz OUTPUT 110 VDC Float voltage : 120 VDC 1% Boost voltage : 132 VDC 1% LOAD REGULATION 120 VDC 1% Float mode from 5% load to full load 132 VDC 1% Boost mode from 5% load to full load LINE REGULATION With input range from 415 VAC 10%, Output voltage is within 1% of the set value EFFICIENCY >80%, At nominal input and rated output RIPPLE 3% DROPPLER DIODE (OPTIONAL) Provided at the load terminal to protect the load from Over Voltage in case charger works on Boost Mode SOFT START CHARGING Enhances the life of the batteries PROTECTION a) AC input surge suppressor b) Soft Start (Short circuit protection slow starts device) c) Current limit d) Control circuit fuses METERS (ANALOGUE) a) AC Input Voltmeter (With Selector switch) b) Output Voltmeter : 0-250V DC c) Output Ammeter : 0-75A DC d) Battery Ammeter : 60-0-60A INDICATIONS a) Input ON Lamps b) Output ON Lamps c) Charger ON Float LED d) Charger ON Boost LED
