1800ust Extrusion Machine

Following are the Main Features of 1800UST Extrusion Machine :-
(1) This extrusion press consist of main cylinder module, front planten, 4 tie rods, moving crosshead, container, billet loader, box type moving bolster, main shear with butt knocker and hydraulic device. Elegant appearance design, safety and strong.
(2) The ultrasonic exploring check must be done for Front and back platen, hydraulic cylinder and main plunger.
(3) Die sliding system adopt the integer die changing system, accurate mechanical orientation, convenient for adjustment.
(4) The profile discharge hole for front platen: A,120
(5) Billet loading system adopt single mechanic hand form, from the bottom to the upper place.
(6) The container holder adopt a Xa Type rail, realize the exact orientation, heating with electro thermal pipe.
(7) Stem with fixing extrusion mat.
(8) Shearing-axis adopted square type with adjusting equipment.
(9) The height of the main machine center:850mm(from the bottom to the profile discharge hole)
2. Hydraulic controlling system
(1) All adopt integration control with two-side taper logic valve, from Rexroth WG
(2) Main machine holding the hydraulic oil cooling system, with the cooling function to for the oil
(3) Main machine hydraulic pump adopt KAWASAK products and the Vane pump are form USA Vickers, oil pump fixing at the bottom of the oil tank.
