Materials Bonded/Applications
1705 ADHESIVE is used in footwear manufacture for sole bonding and will bond PVC and polyurethane (PU) molded units and soles cut from vinyl materials, to leather, PVC and fabric uppers. It can also be used for bonding rubber soles, halogenated with BOSTIK 300 PRIMER. For bonding onto EVA surface BOSTIK M 938 PRIMER is recommended for preparation of the EVA surface prior to adhesive application. 3-4% Hardener Bostikure E can be mixed with the cement before use.
