16 Blower Laf Control Station

16 BLOWER MICRO RELAY LAF STATION

This system is developed to control the 16 Nos. of 0.5 Hp Single Phase LAF Blowers. The control system integrated by cascading 2 Nos. of 8 Channel Microvrelay and 2 Nos. 8 Channel Control Card.

• This system will confirm all the hardware features given in the technical specifications such as Blower Group Selection, Operator Blower Control, Light Control and mode selection.

• Blower Group Selection: With 3 way Key Switch labeled as Supervisor Blower Selection Group 1 / OFF / Group 2. At OFF position all blowers will remain OFF even with the operator blower at ON position.

• Operator Blower. 2 Way Selector Switch labeled as Operator Blower ON / OFF. At ON position it will switch ON either of group which is not selected with Supervisor

• Light Control. With 3 way Selector Switch labeled as Supply For Light Auto / OFF/ MAN. At Auto position light will get ON with all blowers are ON. At Man position light get ON irrespective of blower status. With OFF position all light will remain OFF.

• Mode Selection. With 2 way Mini Key Switch labeled as Mode Selection PRG: / CAL: At PRG the Microvrelay will set to Program Mode and with CAL it will set to Calibration Mode

• The system electrically wired for 3 Phase balancing load by distributing the blowers supply, Light Supply and Control Supply.

• Backup Protection. 3 Pole MCB for Main Supply, Single phase 3 Nos. MCB for Blowers, single phase MCB for light and Single Phase MCB for Control supply.

• All hardware and instruments are assembled and wired in a fabricated SS Panel.

• Other available Models 8 Blowers & 24 Blowers.
