Treatment and prevention of vitamin C deficiency (scurvy), especially in conditions where oral administration is not possible or absorption is impaired As an adjunctive therapy in infections, burns, wounds, surgical recovery, and other stress-related conditions where vitamin C demand is increased Supportive treatment in critically ill patients with severe infections or sepsis (as decided by the treating physician) As an antioxidant to help reduce oxidative stress in various medical conditions Supplementation in patients with restricted diets, malabsorption syndromes, or chronic illnesses associated with low plasma ascorbic acid levels

Myasthenia gravis, reversal of non-depolarizing muscle relaxants, postoperative urinary retention and distention.

Patients with severe or acute vitamin C deficiency (e.g., scurvy), especially when oral supplementation isn t possible or absorption is impaired Critically ill patients with infections, sepsis, or burns where oxidative stress is high and vitamin C demand increases Patients recovering from surgery, trauma, or major wounds to support collagen synthesis and faster healing Patients with malabsorption syndromes (e.g., Crohn s disease, short bowel syndrome) who cannot maintain adequate vitamin C levels through diet or oral supplements Cancer patients receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy, as supportive antioxidant therapy under medical supervision Individuals with chronic illnesses, alcoholism, or restrictive diets who are at risk of vitamin C depletion

Adults and children with myasthenia gravis, postoperative reversal of non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents, and treatment of postoperative urinary retention and abdominal distention.
