Mitaan Mart is the online wing of Mitaan Sewa Samiti, an NGO in Chhattisgarh, India working in the field of empowering people belonging to the economically deprived communities. The major focus is especially on unemployed and economically weak females in the region, retired teachers, physically challenged, etc. all of them must be imparted basic computer handling skills, ICT [Internet based communication technology and information technology [IT] knowledge.
Mitaan Mart is in effect an online & offline business- promoting outlets of the SHGS-Operated Micro-Enterprises being facilitated by us as an NGO, that also employs people belonging to the marginalized families, but having marketing & sales-related skills. It is engaged to promote and market, not only locally but globally too; the diversified range of products ranging right from the Agro-Commodities, Handicrafts, Home Made Decorative Products, Household Utility Products, Bakery and Confectionery Products, Readymade Garments, Bags, Uniforms, etc. Some of the major products offered by the micro-enterprises are Spices, Masala, Flours, Besan, Dalia, Snacks, Potato Chips, Noodles, Papad, Biscuits, Chocolates, Chemical Products, Detergent, Detergent Soap, Candles, and Agarbattis, etc.

Mitaan Sewa Samiti is a Chhattisgarh based NGO, active in the industrial corridor of Bhilai and Durg. The organization mainly focuses on creating opportunities for economically-deprived female-community by promoting the philanthropic livelihood promoting mission. The NGO is aiming to establish a network of micro-enterprises, termed as the Globalized Cottage Industries, to be operated by the SHG (Self-Help Group) members primarily consisting of females from the underprivileged economical background, dwelling in our surrounding un-organized colonies, slums & rural areas. Mitaan Sewa Samiti is aiming to create small virtually operated micro-units for these SHGS, which would be managed by us through intra-organizational intranet connectivity as the parent organization.
